On the upper floors, interspersed with the fully equipped classroom facilities are flexible learning spaces allowing for smaller group collaboration, discussion and learning sessions. By providing a wide variety of spaces within the facility, individuals can immerse themselves in the learning community that is Xcellon.
The spaces are designed to foster dialogue, activity, and collaboration, items crucial to developing professionals of tomorrow capable of the team-oriented tasks that await them in today’s and tomorrow’s markets. Interior spaces are designed to have ample daylight and natural ventilation, two elements crucial to healthy indoor spaces, and proven to enhance indoor environmental quality and the activities that happen therein.

The classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, sound systems, document cameras, video conferencing facilities and other state of the art equipment to enhance the educational experience at Xcellon Institute.
The common spaces include quiet exhibition areas, expressive stair wells and energetic corridors to make the experience vibrant and dynamic.

The concept of library is undergoing a metamorphosis. Beyond books and journals, a library today has to be a repository of information, which should be available to stakeholders anytime, anywhere.
At Xcellon Institute, the library is synonymous with an information hub. Xcellon has a comprehensive collection of literature predominantly related to management and allied subjects. At Xcellon we subscribe to corporate information database services to make available a large research resource and publications with search facilities to students and faculty. The library consists of industry reports, dossiers, and information used for decision making by managers day in and day out.
Our student center is designed to give students space to tap their intra-personal best. The library area consists of several reading zones and nooks to create a conducive research and study environment. For the collaborative work aspects, we have specifically designed meeting rooms and discussion areas to facilitate healthy debates and collusions.
The ‘Grey Matters’ Café at Xcellon provides the students with the chance to relax and mingle amongst each other. The powerful exchange of ideas occurring through communication has been a central theme of our design philosophy.
