Ms. Shome, Faculty, is an MBA with Majors in Global Strategic Management, and Human Resource Management from California (CSUH), and has over 7 years of corporate experience in international management consulting. Moving back to India, she worked in Pune with MIT's School of Government where she was responsible for planning, executing, and administrating their Masters in Government program. As a Faculty, she has been associated with leading MBA Institutions of Ahmedabad like B.K. School of Business Management, Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Amity Global Business School, ISBA etc. Her additional areas of interests are Power and Leadership, Business Ethics, and Polity and Society. She also designs and executes various workshops for children from grades 5th through 12th.

He is pursuing PhD in School of Management and Labour Studies from TISS, Mumbai. A Post-Graduate in Sociology from the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, he was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship of UGC. He has worked with the Organizational Behavior Area of IIM Ahmedabad for over four years, was with EDI for about one year as Lecturer and was visiting faculty at Gujarat University. His research, teaching and training interests include CSR, HR issues in Retail and BPO sectors, organizational development, cross-cultural management, innovation and talent management. He has to his credit several research papers, articles and conference presentations.

Area of Interest - Soft Skills, Business Communication and Marketing. She is a certified soft skills trainer, with four years experience in corporate and three years in academics. She has trained more than 800 students in her tenure. She has conducted workshops in Soft Skills for students pursuing MBA in institutes like National Institute of Cooperative Management, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Institute of Business Management and Research (IBMR), R.B Institute of Management, Omegan Business School.

Area of Interest - Quantitative methods
Mr. Raina has two years of academic experience at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) as an Academic associate and one year of corporate experience in food and beverages industry as a Statistician and Analyst.
